Liver transplant was developed on a large scale on late 1990s in China, till now, hundreds of thousands end-stage liver disease patients benefited from this operation, come back to normal life. But, the severe complications (such as hepatic artery thrombosis, recurrent liver cancer, etc) may cause operational failure, retransplant is the only effective choice of method to save these patients' lives. In contrast to initial liver transplant, retransplant is more difficult, complicated, and the patients' condition is more severe. On the basis of doubles of liver transplants experience, we completed two successful retransplantation for two successive patients.
